How can I upload my image?
During the ordering process, we provide helpful guidance on how to send us your artwork.
Here's a sneak peek of the options available:
Upload from Computer: If you have scanned the artwork into your computer, you can upload it immediately while placing your order.
Upload from Smartphone or Tablet: You can also complete your purchase using your phone's mobile internet browser. Clicking on the Upload button will bring up your device's camera roll for easy selection.
Email from Smartphone, Tablet, or PC: Attach your photo to an email and send it to [email protected] within 5 days of completing the online checkout process. Remember to include the unique order number (Ex: COL12345) provided in the order confirmation email. This method is great when you do not have perfect artwokr/picture to upload at the time of placing the order.
