How does the order process work?
Our order process is designed to be simple and focused on our clients. Here's how it works:
Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and estimated delivery dates.
Fabric Colour Approval: Our team will explore fabric colors for your Softie and send them to you for approval.
Pattern Making: Once the colours are approved, our skilled artisans will create the pattern to initiate the production process.
Production and Approval: Production begins, and upon completion, we will send you images of the finished Softie for your approval.
Shipping and Delivery: Once the Softie is approved, we will ship it to its new home. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Client Satisfaction: In the rare event that amendments are needed, we are committed to making them until you are completely satisfied.
Throughout the entire process, communication is vital. You will receive approximately five emails covering various stages, including order confirmation, colour approval, production completion with Softie images, shipping confirmation with tracking information, and delivery confirmation.
